HONK is in need of a part-time Office Coordinator.  Duties include scheduling repairs; ordering materials; maintaining residential utility services; monitoring contracts; submitting reimbursement requests; keeping up-to-date volunteer and property records; maintaining the organization database; helping to plan and implement organization events; assisting with marketing efforts; coordinating mass mailings; maintaining office supplies; writing letters; answering phones; and maintaining exemplary customer service relationships with clients, vendors, volunteers, and the public.  

12 hrs/wk @ $12.50/hr with the opportunity to work more hours if desired.

Requirements include excellent communication and strong business/organizational skills; knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and database entry; ability to multi-task, to work with diverse populations, to be flexible, self-motivated and to exercise the highest moral and ethical practices.
