Our work

With the help of our valued volunteers , corporate and community partners, Housing Opportunities of Northern Kentucky revitalizes distressed properties in the region transforming them into safe, stable environments for low-income working families and individuals to start their lives anew, and bringing lasting positive change to the community as a whole.

 

Completed Homes

 

Over the years our organization has constructed 24 new three and four bedroom homes in Northern Kentucky, and have rehabilitated 62 existing properties. Over 35 homes have been sold to participants of our homeowner program. Currently HONK manages 35 units in various stages of the lease-to-own process, and continues to seek out development possibilities throughout the area.
