HONK has a new Realtor Referral Program that makes it simple for realtors to help people who have a strong desire to own their own home, but need help getting there. Realtors earn a $500 Lease Referral Fee by referring people to HONK that enter our Lease-to-Own Program (i.e. sign a lease). An additional $500 Buyer Referral Fee is earned by realtor when that client purchases their HONK home.
